Frequently asked questions
What do “2+kk” and “3+1” mean?
Czech flats are described as rooms plus kitchen. “2+kk” is two rooms, one of them with a kitchenette (“kk” stands for kuchyňský kout); “3+1” is three rooms plus a separate kitchen. Bathrooms and hallways are not counted.
What does “3.NP” mean?
NP (nadzemní podlaží) is an above-ground floor counted from the street: 1.NP is the ground floor, 2.NP the first floor above it, and so on. PP (podzemní podlaží) is a floor below ground. We show floors exactly as the developer lists them.
Where does the data come from?
Only from the public price lists on developers' own websites. We don't copy property portals and we don't estimate prices. Each project page links to the official price list.
How often is the data updated?
Every night. Each project and flat page shows when we last checked it and since when we have been tracking it.
What does “no longer listed (probably sold)” mean?
The flat has disappeared from the developer's price list. That usually means it was sold, but we only call a flat sold when the developer's own list says so.
Who pays for this service?
Nobody, at the moment. The site is free for buyers, and developers don't pay to be listed: every project with a public price list is tracked the same way. We may offer paid extras later, but the price data will stay free and the same for every project.
